Deleting your account

Problem

You want to completely remove your account and all associated data.

Steps to resolve

  1. 1.Go to Settings > Account
  2. 2.Scroll to the bottom and click "Delete Account"
  3. 3.Enter your password to confirm
  4. 4.Your account and all data will be permanently deleted within 30 days

Note

  • Active subscriptions will be cancelled
  • Unused credits will not be refunded
  • This action is irreversible
