Credits not added after payment

Problem

You completed a payment but credits weren't added to your account.

Steps to resolve

  1. 1.Wait 5-10 minutes and refresh your dashboard
  2. 2.Check your email for payment confirmation
  3. 3.Log out and log back in
  4. 4.Clear your browser cache
  5. 5.Contact support with your payment receipt

  • Keep your payment confirmation email as proof of purchase
