Word quota not updated after payment
Problem
You completed a payment but your monthly word quota wasn't updated.
Steps to resolve
- 1.Wait 5-10 minutes and refresh your dashboard
- 2.Check your email for payment confirmation
- 3.Log out and log back in
- 4.Clear your browser cache
- 5.Contact support with your payment receipt

- Keep your payment confirmation email as proof of purchase
