  • Fraud, phishing, impersonation, or deceptive practices
  • Money laundering or funding illegal organizations

3.2. Harmful or Abusive Content

  • Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or threats
  • Sexual content involving adults or minors
  • Graphic violence, gore, or exploitation

3.3. Misleading or Dishonest Use

  • Generating disinformation or fake identities
  • Academic dishonesty or completing work meant to be your own
  • Plagiarizing or misrepresenting authorship of content

3.4. Intellectual Property Violations

  • Using copyrighted materials without permission
  • Distributing pirated files, media, or proprietary content
  • Submitting content you do not have rights to use

3.5. Spam and Automation Abuse

  • Sending unsolicited messages or spam content
  • Mass-generating SEO or spam website text
  • Automated scraping, overloading the system, or API abuse

3.6. Security Violations

  • Attempting to breach authentication or security systems
  • Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Circumventing rate limits or technical restrictions
  • Reverse engineering or decompiling the Service

3.7. Commercial Abuse

  • Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing the Service
  • Developing competing AI services using AuthenticAI output
  • Sharing accounts or unauthorized multi-user access

4. ACADEMIC INTEGRITY

AuthenticAI may be used for education, but users must comply with institutional academic rules.

  • Use the Service as a writing guide, not a replacement for original work
  • Follow your school’s or university’s academic policies
  • Avoid cheating, exam assistance, or bypassing assignment requirements
  • Properly cite any referenced material

5. CONTENT MODERATION

AuthenticAI reserves the right to:

  • Monitor usage patterns for compliance
  • Remove or refuse content that violates this Policy
  • Limit access during investigations
  • Report illegal activity to authorities

We do not actively monitor all content, but we may review flagged or suspicious activity.

6. REPORTING VIOLATIONS

7. CONSEQUENCES OF VIOLATIONS

Depending on severity, actions may include:

  • Permanent Account Ban
  • Legal Action for serious violations
  • Reporting to law enforcement

AuthenticAI may act without prior notice in cases involving security risks or illegal activity.

8. NO REFUNDS FOR VIOLATIONS

Accounts suspended or terminated due to Policy violations are not eligible for refunds of any fees paid.

9. APPEALS

If you believe enforcement was in error, contact:

Include:

  • Your account email
  • Explanation of why you believe the action was incorrect
  • Any supporting evidence

Appeals are reviewed within 5–7 business days. Decisions are final.

10. RESPONSIBLE USE GUIDELINES

  • Use AuthenticAI with honesty and integrity
  • Respect intellectual property rights
  • Be transparent when AI assistance must be disclosed
  • Protect your account credentials
  • Follow all relevant laws and regulations
  • Report misuse when observed

11. MODIFICATIONS TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Policy periodically. Significant changes will be communicated via email or notices within the Service. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.

This Policy is governed by the same laws and dispute procedures outlined in our Terms of Service.
